在这个节奏越来越快的时代,我们常说要改变、要开始、要成长,但许多人却卡在第一步。我想告诉你:行动,真的比想得多重要。
一步,就是改变的开始
很多人问我:“丽婷,你怎么会开始带动健走杖运动的?”
我总是笑着回答:“就是走出来的呀。”
别等“准备好”才出发,因为我们永远不会真正准备好。
很多时候,我们只是被恐惧限制住了——怕失败、怕做不好、怕别人笑。
但你知道吗?真正让你成长的,是迈出那一步。哪怕只是一步,也能改变你的人生方向。
六个月前的我,也曾犹豫、担心。但我还是告诉自己,试试看吧,或许会有不一样的风景。
简单的坚持,能改变人生
健走杖运动,看起来简单,就是走路配上两支手杖。
但当我们每周都准时出现在同一个公园、同一个时间,和一群长辈一起练习时,你会发现:“看似简单的动作,只要持续重复,就有了力量。”
每一次挥手、每一次踏步,不只是锻炼肌肉,更是在积累健康与快乐。
清晨的空气、伙伴的笑声、彼此的鼓励——这就是社区最温暖的风景。
我们不求快速瘦身、不追花俏动作,我们追求的是一种能坚持的生活方式,一种能让身体更轻盈、心灵更愉悦的状态。
真正的改变,来自用心
做一件事容易,一直做好一件事却不容易。
在团队训练时,我总提醒学员:“注意你的步伐、手杖的角度、呼吸的节奏。”
这些小细节,正是决定运动效果的关键。
当你用心去走、去练,你会发现身体更有力量,情绪也更稳定,人和人之间的连结,也更真诚。
对我来说,健走杖不仅是运动,它是一种生活的态度,教会我什么叫“用心陪伴”。
坚持下去,就会看到美好
起初,长辈们走得慢,动作也不到位;但几个月下来,他们的步伐更稳了,笑容更多了,有人甚至说:“感觉年轻十岁!”
每周一次、一小时半的训练,似乎不多,但当你坚持半年、一年、三年后——
这些陪伴、这些笑声、这些流汗的早晨,就会成为我们最珍贵的回忆。
付出,就是成就更好的自己
还记得刚成为健走杖指导员的我,满脑子的不安和疑问:
我可以吗?大家会配合吗?会不会没人来参加?
但六个月后的今天,我收获的,不只是团队的肯定,还有内心的成长。
当你愿意踏出一步、付出一点时间,把一件事认真去做,它会回馈你意想不到的成果。

In this fast-paced era, we often talk about change, beginnings, and growth — yet many people get stuck at the very first step. What I want to tell you is: Action matters more than overthinking.

One Step is the Beginning of Change
Many people ask me:
“Li Tyng, how did you get started with Pole Walking?”
I always smile and reply: “I just walked into it.”
Don’t wait until you’re “ready” to begin — because the truth is, we’re never fully ready.
Often, it’s not circumstances, but fear that holds us back — fear of failure, of doing it wrong, of being judged.
But do you know what truly moves you forward? Taking that first step.
Even one small step can shift the direction of your life.
Six months ago, I hesitated and worried too. But I told myself: “Just give it a try — maybe I’ll see a different view.”

Simple Persistence Can Change a Life
At first glance, Nordic walking seems simple — just walking with two poles.
But when we show up at the same park, at the same time every week, practicing together with a group of seniors, you begin to realize:
“Even simple movements, when done repeatedly, become powerful.”
Every swing of the arm, every step taken is not just building muscle — it’s building health and happiness.
The fresh morning air, the laughter of companions, and the mutual encouragement — that is the warmest scenery of our community.
We’re not chasing rapid weight loss or fancy moves — we are nurturing a sustainable lifestyle, one that lightens the body and brightens the soul.

Real Change Comes From Intention
It’s easy to start something — it’s hard to do it well, and keep doing it.
During our training, I always remind my students:
“Mind your posture, the angle of your poles, and your breathing rhythm.”
These small details are what truly determine results.
When you walk with awareness, you’ll feel your body becoming stronger, your emotions more grounded, and your human connections more genuine.
To me, Nordic walking is not just a form of exercise — it’s a way of life that has taught me the meaning of mindful companionship.

Keep Going, and You’ll See the Beauty
In the beginning, some seniors walked slowly, with awkward form.
But after a few months, their steps became steadier, their smiles wider — one even said, “I feel 10 years younger!”
One and a half hours a week may not sound like much. But after six months, one year, or even three years —
these mornings of sweat and laughter will become our most precious memories.

Giving Is the Path to a Better Self
I still remember when I first became a Nordic Walking instructor — I was full of doubt and anxiety:
“Can I do this?” “Will anyone show up?” “Will it even work?”
But six months later, what I’ve gained is not just the trust of a team — but inner growth and confidence.
When you take a step, give a little time, and do something sincerely — it will reward you in ways you never imagined.
